commitment of <strong>CAP BOURBON<\/strong> and all French toothfish fishermen. Scheduled for installation in late 2025, this automated wind-propulsion system harnesses wind energy to assist the vessel, thereby reducing fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adapted to the demands of deep-sea fishing\u2014even in the most remote areas\u2014this operational technology demonstrates the potential of wind-assisted propulsion systems to support the decarbonization of the maritime sector. The products are distributed in supermarkets and retail stores under the CAP BOURBON brand, following storage in the company\u2019s EC-certified cold storage facility.
